Returns and Refunds Policy
Craft Express, LLC does not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and processed.
You must contact info@craftexpress within five days of receipt of your order
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of the order
Any returns must be in sealable condition and in original, unopened packaging
Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless you have a received damaged or wrong product
Should you receive a damaged product, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need an RMA number before returning any products. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Please contact us to request an RMA. After you receive an RMA, your returns must be received within 14 days.
All equipment purchased will require a copy of the original invoice to process any warranty claims.
