WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
SALES OF PRODUCTS:
The Craft Express agrees to provide
Craft Express available “Products” to Customer.
WARRANTIES:
The Customer purchases the Products “as is” and the Craft Express disclaims any
representation and warranty regarding the sale of Products and the shipping of
the merchandise except for the expiration date of the Products.
CHANGES:
The Products are subject to availability and prices may change without prior notice. The prices of Products at the time the invoice is created will be the final price.
PAYMENT:
Orders must be prepaid and full payment must be made by the Customer upon placing orders, unless otherwise approved by Craft Express.
DELIVERY AND INSPECTIONS:
The Products will be delivered by the Craft Express under logistic and delivery services to the address specified by the Customer. The Customer will inspect the Products and report any defects, visible damages, or noncompliance to the Craft Express within three (3) business days upon receipt of Products. Customer is responsible for all transportation costs.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The prices of the Products and other information contained in this Agreement is confidential and will not be disclosed by either party unless with prior written consent of the other party.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The Customer indemnifies the Craft Express from any claims, liabilities, and expenses made by any third-party vendors or customers of the Customer.
GOVERNING
LAW:
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
ACCEPTANCE:
Both parties understand and accept the wholesale arrangement stipulated under this Agreement.
SIGNING:
By Submitting the above form, you certify that you are an authorized officer of the company and that all information on this form is correct. Further, that your firm is financially able to meet any commitments made and will pay invoices according to terms.
