Cookie policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Craft Express, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our websites at www.craftexpress.com, ("Websites"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

In some cases we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are
placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Craft Express, LLC) are called "first party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third party cookies". Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g. like advertising, interactive content and analytics). The parties that set these third party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and alsovwhen it visits certain other websites.

Why do we use cookies?

We use first and third party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Websites to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Online Properties. Third parties serve cookies through our Websites for advertising, analytics and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.

The specific types of first and third party cookies served through our Websites and the purposes they perform are described below (please note that the specific cookies served may vary depending on the specific Online Properties you visit)

How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager. The Cookie Consent Manager allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Essential cookies cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary to provide you with services.

The Cookie Consent Manager can be found in the notification banner and on our website. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website though your access to some functionality and areas of our website may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser-to-browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.

In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. If you would like to find out more information, please visit https://www.craftexpress.com

The specific types of first and third party cookies served through our Websites and the purposes they perform are described in the table below (please note that the specific cookies served may vary depending on the specific Online Properties you visit):

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Websites or opened an e-mail including them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the website from an online advertisement displayed on a third party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly, and so declining cookies will impair their functioning.

Do you use Flash Cookies or Local Shared Objects?

Websites may also use so-called "Flash Cookies" (also known as Local Shared Objects or "LSOs") to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of our services, fraud prevention and for other site operations.

If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash Cookies storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also control Flash Cookies by going to the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash Cookies (referred to "information" on the Macromedia site), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without your being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash Cookies that are not being delivered by the operator of the page you are on at the time).

Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash Cookies may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including, potentially, Flash applications used in connection with our services or online content.

Do you serve targeted advertising?

Third parties may serve cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve advertising through our Websites. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that you may be interested in. They may also employ technology that is used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This can be accomplished by them using cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to this and other sites in order to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services of potential interest to you. The information collected through this process does not enable us or them to identify your name, contact details or other details that directly identify you unless you choose to provide these.

How often will you update this Cookie Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please therefore re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.

The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.

Where can I get further information?

If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please email us at support@craftexpress.com or by mail to:

Privacy Policy

Craft Express recognizes the fundamental importance of privacy, security and data protection to our customers and partners worldwide. We have developed this Privacy Policy to explain:

This Privacy Policy applies to all Craft Express websites, domains, software, applications, products and services and those of our subsidiaries (“Products and Services”) and informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make about the way we collect and use personal information about you. Personal information means information or data that can be used to identify or contact a single person physically or online.

You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Craft Express or one of its affiliates (collectively, the “Craft Express Group”), or it may be collected from your online activity or use of our Products and Services, or during conversations or correspondence with Craft Express representatives or it may be included in information provided to Craft Express for purposes of recruitment or employment consideration. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our Products and Services or respond to any queries you may have.

Our Products and Services may provide links to third-party products, services, applications, websites or social media features for your convenience and information. Accessing those links may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by a third-party. We do not control, endorse or make any representations about those third party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you interact with before allowing the collection and use of your personal data.

In case of inconsistencies between any courtesy translations and the English version of this Privacy Policy, the English version will prevail.

What Information Does Craft Express Collect?

Depending on the nature of your interaction with Craft Express, we may collect varying types of information from you, including the following information that is provided by you:

We also automatically collect data from you when you use our Products and Services, including:

In order to ensure data accuracy and to provide you with better personalized services, content, marketing and ads, we may link or combine the information that we collect from different sources. For example, we may compare the geographic information acquired from commercial sources with the IP address collected by our automatic data collection tools to derive your general geographic area. Information may also be linked via a unique identifier such as a cookie or account number.

Craft Express does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals or requests. However, some third-party sites do keep track of user browsing activities in order to tailor content to their users. If you are visiting such sites, certain web browsers allow you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and do not target our Products or Services to children.

Automatic Data Collection

We use and may allow certain other companies to use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies on our website and in email communications. We do this to understand your use of our Products and Services; to improve your user experience; to enable personalized features and content; and to optimize our advertisements and marketing.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. This information is used to track visitor use of a website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Cookies are also used to give the user an enhanced experience when using the website and may be used to conduct targeted advertising.

To comply with specific international privacy regulations, you may receive a pop-up notification that will inform you of the use of cookies on Craft Express’ websites and offer you the opportunity to decline tracking. Alternatively, you may modify your browser settings to not accept cookies. Please note that disabling cookie tracking may result in the malfunction of some features of our websites.

What are Web Beacons or Clear GIFs?

A web beacon, also known as a web bug or clear GIF, is typically a transparent graphic image (usually 1 pixel x 1 pixel) embedded in online content, videos and emails that allows a server to read certain types of information from your device, to know when you have viewed particular content or a particular email message, and to determine the date and time when you viewed it and the IP address of your device. We may include web beacons or clear GIFs in our email communications to determine whether our messages have been opened or acted upon and whether our mailing tools are working correctly. We also may use and permit select third parties to use web beacons (usually in combination with cookies) to compile information about your website usage and your interaction with email or other communications, to measure performance and to enable us to provide content and ads that are more relevant to you.

 What are Embedded Web Links?

Embedded links are links to third party products, services, applications, websites or social media features that may be embedded in a website or email communication for your convenience and information. We collect information on the links you click on that are embedded in our websites and email communications, including our newsletter. You may opt out of receiving our email communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in those communications. You may also choose not to click on the links we provide on our websites and in our email communications.
