Preheat your press or oven to the proper temperature for your blank (typically 375–400°F).

Trim the sheet to fit your blank, if needed.

Place the printed side of the sheet face-down on your sublimation surface.

Secure with heat-resistant tape or shrink wrap.

Press using a heat press (385°F for 45–60 seconds) or bake in a convection oven (375°F for 6 minutes for tumblers).

Cool, then peel back the sheet to reveal your vivid design!
