AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
By submitting your online application, you confirm that you’ve read,
understood, and agreed to the following terms. This document forms a legal
agreement between you (“Affiliate”) and Craft Express US LLC (“Company”).
1. Overview
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Craft Express Affiliate Program (the
“Program”). The Program allows approved affiliates to promote Craft Express products using unique tracking links provided Craft Express Affiliate Partner and to earn commissions on qualified sales.
2. Affiliate Obligations
Enrollment: Complete the online application through Craft Express. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.
Content Standards:
Your website, emails, and social content may not:
- Promote sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory material
- Engage in illegal activities or infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Misrepresent or impersonate Craft Express in any way
- Include “Craft Express” or variations in your domain name or social handles
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines for affiliate marketing.
Links & Creatives: Use only the official affiliate links, banners, and creatives provided through Craft Express to ensure proper tracking.
3. Craft Express Rights and Obligations
We may review your site and promotional methods at any time to ensure compliance with brand standards.
We reserve the right to terminate participation immediately for fraudulent activity, misleading promotions, or violations of this Agreement.
We may update, pause, or discontinue the Program at any time with notice.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient).
Accounts with no tracked clicks or sales for six (6) months may be deemed inactive and closed.
5. Modifications
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Payment
Commission tracking and payments are managed by Craft Express. Payments follow Craft Express’s standard schedule and payout procedures. Review Craft Express’s payment terms for details on frequency, thresholds, and reporting.
7. Promotion Restrictions
Unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
You may not bid on Craft Express trademarks, misspellings, or related brand terms in paid search or PPC campaigns.
Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, toolbars, browser extensions, or other misleading traffic-generation tools are not allowed.
Your marketing must clearly identify you as an independent partner, not an employee or representative of Craft Express.
8. Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Craft Express trademarks, logos, and creatives for Program promotion. This license is valid only while you are an active, compliant affiliate. All rights remain the property of Craft Express.
9. Disclaimer
The Craft Express website and Program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or performance and are not liable for interruptions or errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Craft Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising under this Agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craft Express, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation or violation of this Agreement.
12. Confidentiality
Any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of this Program must remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.
13. Relationship of the Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, agency, joint venture, or partnership between you and Craft Express.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between both parties concerning the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior written or verbal communications.

Brand Representation Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to represent Craft Express with accuracy, respect, and professionalism. All promotional content must reflect the brand’s identity as a creative, supportive, and high-quality provider of sublimation products and craft equipment. Use of our name, logo, and messaging should remain consistent with official materials provided through the affiliate portal. Affiliates may not make misleading, false, or disparaging statements about Craft Express, its products, team, or its competitors. Competitive comparisons, if made, must be fair, fact-based, and respectful. We value creative expression but expect all promotional content to align with our commitment to empowering makers and fostering a positive community.
