For Sublimation:

Print your mirrored design on sublimation paper.

Place the board coated side up, and align your design with heat-resistant tape.

Press at 385°F (195°C) for 60 seconds with medium pressure.

Peel while hot or cold, depending on your sublimation paper, and let cool flat.

For Laser Use:

Position your sheet on your laser bed.

Load your design into LightBurn or your laser software.

Engrave or cut with the correct speed/power settings for MDF material.

Clean edges gently with a dry cloth to remove residue.

✨ Pro Tip: Use painter’s tape around the design area during laser engraving to reduce smoke staining on the white surface.

Can I sublimate directly onto these sheets?
Yes! They’re coated with a high-gloss sublimation layer—just print, press, and peel for full-color results.

Are they laser-safe?
Absolutely. You can engrave or cut them with most diode or CO₂ laser machines using proper safety and ventilation.

Are they one-sided or double-sided?
These boards are coated on one side for sublimation/printing; the back is plain MDF.
