Insert Pillow or Foam: Place a pressing pillow inside or under the cloth to create an even surface.

Align & Tape: Center the transfer face-down and secure with heat-resistant tape.

Cover & Press: Use parchment or Teflon sheet. Press at 385°F for 45–60 seconds with light/medium pressure.

Cool & Reveal: Allow to cool fully before removing the transfer sheet.
