1. Grant of License
When you purchase a digital Canva template from Craft Express, you are granted a non exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the template and included design assets in accordance with the terms below.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the template and included assets to: Customize and export the design for personal or business use.
Use in marketing materials, websites, print media, or products for sale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, invitations).
Create unlimited end products for yourself or your business.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not: Resell, redistribute, or share the original Canva template link or any of the design assets in their original or editable form.
Use the designs or assets in any way that competes with Craft Express (e.g., selling similar templates or digital downloads).
Claim the design or artwork as your own original creation.
Use the assets in illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
4. Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the template via the original download link, subject to Canva's continued platform availability and Craft Express maintaining the template.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates and assets remain the intellectual property of Craft Express. You are purchasing a license to use the
files, not the ownership of the designs.
6. Third-Party Platform Notice

7. Support & Modifications

8. Termination
This license is automatically terminated if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy any downloaded files.
