Once pressed, your design stays vivid through multiple washes without cracking or peeling

Cut your design on the vinyl side (NOT the clear carrier) using a vinyl cutter.

Weed the excess vinyl and preheat your fabric to remove moisture.

Heat press the HTV onto your garment at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with firm pressure.

Cool slightly and remove the carrier sheet.

Place your sublimation print on top of the pressed HTV and tape it in place.

Press again at 385°F (195°C) for 45–60 seconds.

Peel sublimation paper hot or cold depending on your ink and paper type.

Yes! That’s exactly what it’s for. This HTV lets you sublimate full-color prints onto black or dark cotton garments with amazing results.

Do I need a cutter to use it?

A vinyl cutter is recommended for shaping your design, but simple shapes can also be hand-cut or punched.

What kind of ink and printer do I need?

Use standard sublimation ink and sublimation paper with an inkjet sublimation printer (like Sawgrass or Epson-converted models).

Is it safe for the washer and dryer?

Yes! When applied properly, it’s highly durable and holds up beautifully to repeated washing and wearing.
